First ordered a half-size too small and asked for an exchange. They emailed me a return slip and sent me a half-size larger within a few weeks. I had ones that fit within the month! If you have wide feet, go .5 up for sure. They fit like they were made just for me! I got 3 pairs and all work well. I work 12-hour night shift and my feet dont hurt other than just being tired lol.
