What is “Free Returns” Coverage?
You can opt-in for coverage at in the cart, this will allow you to get a free return shipping label, and allow you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE.
If you decide not to buy return coverage you will not be able to return your item unless it was damaged or you received the wrong item.
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Change of Mind: We do not facilitate refunds for instances related to a change of mind or personal preferences unless you purchased return protection.
Faulty or Damaged Products: If, by any chance, you receive a defective or damaged product, kindly reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item. Supporting evidence, such as photos or videos, is required to substantiate your claim.
Incorrect/Incomplete Order: In the event of an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact info@nursebabes.com
Limited Warehouse Space and Returns: Due to restricted warehouse capacity, we do not accept returns nor provide return labels for shipped products. However, replacement or refund options are available within the parameters of our refund and replacement policy.
Courier-Related Issues: We regret to inform you that no refunds will be granted for delays caused by the courier. Requests for replacements or refunds must be reported within 2 days of the courier marking the delivery status as fulfilled.
Cancellation After Payment: Once the order has been fulfilled, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained. Possible to do a 30% restock fee, gift card, or store credit for now.
