How It Works

  1. Take them for a quick indoor try-on to make sure they’re perfect for you! Just keep the outsoles in pristine, scratch-free condition in case you’d like to return them.
  2. Love it or return it. If it’s not perfect, we’ll make it right.
  3. Get your exchange or refund. Fast and hassle-free processing.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

It’s easy! 

Just each out to us through our Help Center with your order number, photos of your product(s) [Top View & Outsole View] and the reason for your return, and our team will be happy to help.

Important Notes:

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@nursebabes.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include a photo of the item and its packaging in your message.
  • You do not need to return the item — please keep it.
  • We’ll resend the correct or replacement item free of charge, and no shipping fees will apply.

 

Return for Refund: A $10 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Keep in mind that this request is only eligible if submitted within 7 days after the delivery date.
Please note: Shipping protection, shipping fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

Return for Exchange: The first exchange is free of charge. You may make up to three exchanges total, provided the product remains in pristine, unused condition. A $10 USD fee will apply to the second and third exchanges to cover shipping costs.
Keep in mind that this request is only eligible if submitted within 30 days after the delivery date.

 

🌎 International Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we’re unable to cover international return shipping.

If you’re outside the U.S. and would like to make a return, you have two options:

  1. Cover the return shipping cost yourself, or
  2. Keep the item and enjoy a 50% discount on a replacement order instead.

If you choose to return your order, please ensure the package is successfully delivered to our warehouse so we can process your refund. The returned items must be in good condition and include all original packaging to qualify.

Comfort Club Memberships

Comfort Club memberships can be skipped or canceled anytime before the next billing date. Once a membership renewal has been processed, the charge is generally non-refundable.

However, if you contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and no member benefits have been used, we’re happy to review a one-time courtesy refund.

This keeps it clear, fair, and customer-friendly without making refunds automatic.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@nursebabes.com within 30 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly include a photo of the item and its packaging along with the shipping label in your email.

There’s no need to return the item — please keep it. We’ll make it right promptly.

Promo Return Policy – Buy 2 Get 1 Free

If you purchased through our Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion and wish to request a refund, please note that all three pairs must be returned together — including the free pair.

Since the promotion is based on the full bundle, partial returns aren’t eligible for a refund. Thank you for understanding!

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things don’t always go as planned. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by reaching out to our support team. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If your order has already shipped, please review our Return & Refund Policy for available options.


Chargebacks & Disputes

At NurseBabe, our goal is to make every shopping experience smooth and satisfying. Our team is always here to assist you and resolve any issues quickly and fairly. We’ve designed our return and exchange policies to be transparent and customer-focused because we truly value your trust.

If you experience any issue — such as not receiving your order or receiving an incorrect or damaged item — please reach out to us directly at info@nursebabes.com. Our support team will be happy to help you find the best possible resolution.

We kindly ask that you contact us before filing a chargeback or dispute, as most issues can be easily resolved through our customer service team.

Please note that filing a fraudulent chargeback (for example, disputing a valid order) is considered theft and may result in further action.
