Warranty Policy for HYDRO Health E-Commerce Store

1. 1-Year Warranty:

Our standard 1-year warranty covers any defects in craftsmanship that may arise from our manufacturing process. If you discover any such defects within one year of the purchase date, HYDRO Health will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

2. Lifetime Warranty:

For select products, we offer a lifetime warranty to guarantee your long-term satisfaction. This warranty applies specifically to errors in craftsmanship on our end. However, please note the following conditions:

  • Exclusions for Lifetime Warranty:
    • This warranty is not applicable if the product was purchased on sale.
    • The lifetime warranty cannot be used if the product did not arrive in a damaged condition.
    • The warranty becomes void if the packaging seal has been opened, and the product is subsequently damaged or broken by the customer.

3. Warranty Claim Process:

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Support:

    • Notify HYDRO Health's Customer Support within the warranty period.
    • Provide your order number and clear images or a detailed description of the issue.
  • Evaluation and Resolution:

    • Our team will review your claim and determine whether it falls within the warranty coverage.
    • If eligible, we will provide instructions for the return or resolution process.

4. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Customer-Induced Damage:

    • Any damage caused by the customer after the packaging seal has been opened.
    • Damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidental breakage.
  • Change of Mind:

    • The warranty cannot be used if a customer no longer wants the item.

5. Sale Items:

Products purchased on sale are not eligible for the lifetime warranty.

6. Amendment of Terms:

HYDRO Health reserves the right to amend or modify the terms of this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
