How It Works

  • Within 7 Days of Delivery
    You can return or exchange your items within 7 days of receiving them. A $10 return shipping fee will apply for refunds, while exchanges ship for free.

  • Additional Return Requests
    Please note: For second return requests related to the same order (e.g., returning a previously exchanged item), customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. A flat fee of $10 USD must be paid when submitting the second return request.

  • After 7 Days (Up to 30 Days)
     We cannot accept returns after 7 days. However, you’re welcome to exchange your shoes (in new, unworn condition with original packaging) within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges ship free.

  • Final Sale Items
    Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligibility

- Items must be in new, unworn condition, with original packaging
- Returns are only available within 7 days of delivery
- Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@nursebabes.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make it right, and there will be no return shipping fee in these cases.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy helps us ensure timely processing and maintain the quality of our service. Thank you for your understanding.
