After you complete the health survey, your LMN is in your Truemed dashboard at truemed.com. Most are issued within a few hours, though it can take 1–2 business days.

Yes. Truemed's Split Pay lets you divide one order across your HSA/FSA card and a regular card. One-time purchases only.
How do I get reimbursed if I paid with a regular card?
Submit your LMN and receipt to your HSA/FSA administrator, usually through the claims section of their portal.
What if I don't have an HSA or FSA?
Truemed is only available to customers with an HSA or FSA account. Ask your employer's HR or benefits team about enrollment.
